The process of maize flour grits and flour milling

1.Grain storage ( silos, or warehouse)

2.Cleaning part ( sifter, destoner, separator, magnet, scourer, etc)

to clean out the middle and small impurity from corn. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material,

cornwas bitten by insect and so on.Includes beating, screening, destoner, magnetic separator

anddampening.this section is to purify the wheat/corn to prepare for millling part and to protect

themachinery as well.

3.Milling part  (roller mill, plan sifter, purifier, impact detacher, etc.)

Include different number of mills and sifters to break the integrity corn and separate

the flourand bran

(1) Mill: mill the wheat/corn to break the integrity by the roller moving

(2) Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to second

milling,enssuring the flour quality..
